We are looking for a motivated Front of House Manager who is focused on elevating the customer experience, improving sales performance, and maintaining exceptional operational standards.Position SummaryThe Front of House Manager supports daily bakery café operations and plays a key role in driving revenue growth through exceptional customer experience, effective staffing, smart production planning, and strong team leadership.This role ensures front-of-house service meets Paris Baguette brand standards, maintains strict sanitation and food safety practices, and helps reduce waste through effective inventory management and accurate production planning.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience & Sales Growth● Deliver and model exceptional customer service that reflects Paris Baguette brand standards● Train and coach team members on hospitality, product knowledge, and upselling● Identify opportunities to improve the guest experience and increase repeat customers● Help drive revenue through effective product presentation and recommendationsProduction Planning & Product Management● Plan daily and weekly production based on sales trends and customer preferences● Ensure the bakery produces the right quantity and mix of products throughout the day● Monitor product availability to minimize stockouts while avoiding overproduction● Work closely with the baking team to maintain product quality and freshnessStaffing, Scheduling & Team Leadership● Assist in creating weekly staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak and off-peak hours● Plan and assign the right team members to the right shifts and positions to maximize efficiency, service quality, and sales● Lead shifts and ensure team members are performing effectively● Train and develop team members on operational standards and customer service expectations● Monitor labor efficiency and adjust staffing when neededFront-of-House Operations● Standardize and enforce FOH service procedures● Ensure team members follow company standards for greeting, order accuracy, speed, and hospitality● Maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming café environment● Support smooth daily operations during busy service periodsSanitation & Food Safety● Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations● Maintain clean workspaces, equipment, and customer areas● Conduct routine checks to ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are consistently metInventory & Waste Management● Track inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies● Reduce waste through accurate forecasting and production planning● Monitor ingredient usage and product spoilage● Support cost control and operational efficiencyQualifications● 1–3 years of experience in food service, café, bakery, or restaurant operations● Previous supervisory or shift leader experience preferred● Strong customer service and communication skills● Ability to analyze sales trends and assist with staffing and production planning● Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities● Flexible availability including weekends and holidaysWhat We Offer● Competitive pay● Performance-based bonus opportunities● Leadership and management experience● Supportive and team-oriented environment● Employee discounts on pastries, cakes, and beverages
