Mobile Notary/Office Assistant

CLOSED® Title, www.closedtitle.com, a rapidly growing, national title company with 20+ offices, is looking for a Mobile Notary and to join our team supporting our business in our Pleasant View, TN office and in the Clarksville area. This is a position for an existing mobile notary, looking to pick up several consistent closings per month and is also available to help us staff our office on occasion at an hourly rate. Expected pay is negotiable but between office hours and mobile signings, $1,000- $1,500 a month. Skills required: Respond to client phone calls and emails Open orders in our software system Work with Processor to prepare files for closing Coordinate and conduct real estate closings Review signed closing packages for accuracy, conduct post-closing Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per month Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Experience: real estate: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: Clarksville, TN (Required) Work Location: In person
