Building Maintenance Associate I

EMSL is seeking a Building Maintenance Associate I in Cinnaminson, NJ. Ideal candidate would be someone that is flexible, can manage time well, and is handy with general maintenance duties. Candidate will be based in Cinnaminson, NJ but will be required to travel to any of our laboratories and properties located throughout North America.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Participation in various maintenance and construction projects as part of a team or individual including commercial, residential, and retail properties as directedCompletes work orders efficiently while adhering to quality and safety standardsFacility renovations including but not limited to space planning, new construction, painting, light plumbing and electrical, trash removal and other tasksOccasional travel throughout the tri-state area driving company vehicleRequirements:High School diploma or GED equivalentAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely and without restriction or sponsorshipMinimum of 2 years of experience in construction and/or maintenanceMust have your own hand toolsAbility to lift a minimum of 35lbs, climb ladders, and work in various environmentsSome forklift experience is a plus, but not requiredAbility to travel within a 100 mile radiusOccasional overnight travel requiredKnowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems a plusMust have a valid driver's license and clean driving recordBackground Check RequiredAvailable Shift:Position is full-time, Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Cinnaminson, NJ are encouraged to applyEMSL offers full time benefits: medical, dental, 401(k), voluntary benefits, paid time off, holiday pay and a flexible spending account.
