Who You Are: Proven experience in a management role within a high-volume, full-service restaurant, preferably with exposure to diverse or global cuisines. A strong leader with a genuine passion for hospitality, food, and beverage. Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for operational detail. Demonstrated ability to develop and motivate staff. Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and basic financial management. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
