No experience? No problem. We provide paid training with an instructor.Position OverviewAs a Leak Survey Technician, you play a vital role in protecting life, property, and the environment. You will inspect natural gas systems, detect potential leaks using advanced equipment, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your work directly supports public safety and environmental protection in the communities we serve.What You'll Do:Protect CommunitiesInspect natural gas distribution systemsConduct leak surveys using specialized detection equipmentAccurately document findings and complete compliance reportsFollow strict safety protocols and federal/local regulationsCommunicate professionally with homeowners and members of the publicYour daily work helps prevent hazardous situations and ensures regulatory compliance.Work Outdoors & Stay ActiveThis role is ideal for individuals who prefer being active rather than sitting behind a desk. You will:Walk approximately 47 miles per dayBend, kneel, and lift up to 25 poundsWork in various weather conditionsRemain on your feet for extended periodsOperate Specialized EquipmentYou will use industry-leading gas detection technology to identify potential leaks.
