This role sits at the intersection of Quality Control, supply planning, and capital projects, and is responsible for translating demand signals into actionable supply plans that support both laboratory and manufacturing operations. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across functions.Job Responsibilities:Develop and maintain supply plans and schedules for biological critical reagents supporting large molecule operationsTranslate forecasted demand and project needs into detailed, executable plansPartner with QC laboratories, manufacturing, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and timelinesCoordinate procurement and ordering of raw materials to support uninterrupted supplySupport capital projects and long-term initiatives by ensuring reagent supply readinessEvaluate and communicate risks, constraints, and trade-offs, including upstream and downstream impactsDrive improvements in planning processes, data visibility, and forecasting accuracyManage multiple priorities through effective project management and organizational skillsMaintain clear, proactive communication with internal customers and stakeholdersJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or analytical discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detailDemonstrated project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute across multiple workstreams and stakeholdersEffective communication and collaboration skills, including experience working with technical teamsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver resultsExposure to supply chain, planning, or inventory management processesFamiliarity with GMP-regulated environmentsFor US geography, the salary range for this position is shown below.
