Escrow Loan Officer (Woodbridge)

The Escrow Loan Officer will assist with servicing escrow loans, communicating with insurance companies, assisting with loan adjustments, paying out premiums and documentation.ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day servicing of escrow loans, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance throughout the loan lifecycle.Communicate directly with insurance companies to verify coverage, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate policy updates.Assist with loan adjustments, including payment changes, escrow analyses, and account updates as needed.Process and disburse insurance premium payments in accordance with established procedures and deadlines.Maintain and organize all required loan and escrow documentation, ensuring files are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.Research and resolve escrow-related issues by working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.Monitor accounts for exceptions, follow up on outstanding items, and help ensure all servicing activities are completed efficiently.Provide administrative and operational support to help maintain a high level of customer service and portfolio accuracy.
