Laundry Technician The Laundry Technician will be responsible for washing, folding, bagging and delivering clean garments to their correct areas.Responsibilities Comply with safety rules, policies, and proceduresStop at risk behavior of others and selfPerform work assignments individually or in a team with other employees as requiredPerform repetitive tasksMaintain clean work area and remove soiled bags from assigned work areasFollow all company procedures, policies, and rulesTake direction and respond to supervisionTalk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customer in a professional mannerFill in during staff shortageWash, fold, bag and deliver clean garments to assigned warehousesRemoval and return of soiled bags for assigned work areasOther duties as assignedQualifications No education requirement 6 months to 1-year experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.May be required to have a valid driver's license.Completed all safety and task training certification.May be required to be forklift certified.Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documentsStrong verbal and written communication skills.Compensation: $18.00-$19.00 per hourShift: Monday-Saturday and some Sundays; 6:00am-2:30pmSunday-Friday and some Saturdays; 9:00pm-6:30amSBM Management Services, LP and its affiliates are proud to be equal opportunity workplaces.
