The Production Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring machinery is properly maintained, and supervising staff. The role involves problem-solving, process optimization, and collaboration with various departments to meet organizational goals.QualificationsOperations and Production Management: Proficiency in managing production schedules, workflow, and process improvement to meet efficiency and quality targets.Team Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills to supervise staff, delegate tasks, and foster collaboration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.Safety and Compliance: Knowledge of workplace safety regulations, quality control standards, and compliance practices in manufacturing settings.Technical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot machinery, identify and resolve production issues, and optimize processes.Relevant Experience: Prior experience in production or manufacturing management is highly desirable.Adaptability: Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Knowledge of Chemical Handling (Preferred): Familiarity with chemical handling and specific processes and standards is an advantage.
