Join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. Job Summary: We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated Psychotherapists to join our team in Pennsylvania. This is 1099, independent contractor position. As a Psychotherapist, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality therapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve their therapeutic goals. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans based on clients' unique needs and goals. Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment to foster client growth, self-reflection, and emotional healing. Implement therapeutic interventions and techniques tailored to clients' presenting concerns, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, or solution-focused brief therapy. Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and track progress throughout the treatment process. Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families to enhance understanding of mental health conditions and promote overall wellness. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines. Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the organization to provide coordinated and integrated care for clients. Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in the field of psychotherapy through continuous learning and professional development opportunities. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain professional boundaries in all client interactions. Qualifications: Master's or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution. Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Psychotherapist or Counselor in Pennsylvania, (LCSW, LPC or LMFT). Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish a therapeutic alliance with clients. Cultural sensitivity and awareness of diversity in therapeutic practice. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Adherence to ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing psychotherapy practice.
