MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND HAVE FUN DOING IT!Residential Resources is hiring Weekend Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals affected by intellectual/developmental disabilities in our staffed residences in Keene/Greater Keene area—and we have multiple openings available!Whether you're an experienced DSP or new to the field, we welcome your passion and dedication. Each home has its own rhythm—some are calm and quiet, others more active—so we'll work with you to find the right fit.Weekend Shifts Available:Saturday &/or Sunday8:00 AM – 4:00 PM4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Pay Range: $17.00-$20.00 depending on the residence.What You'll Do:Provide hands-on support and personal careAssist with daily routines and medication (training provided)Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging environmentWho We're Looking For:Individuals who want to work all or most of their hours on weekendsCompassionate, dependable, and ready to make a differenceRequirements:Must be 18 years or olderAt least 3 years as a licensed driver with a clean driving recordMust pass all required criminal and background checksWhy Join Us?
