Physical Therapist

The VSI Physical Therapist will work one-on-one with patients to provide evaluation and treatment services in our state of the art clinic. This position requires a candidate with comprehensive customer service and advanced manual therapy skills as well as an interest in developing new programs or skills through continuing education and research. This is a full-time position working out of Reston, VA.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the treatment and well-being of patients and strives to achieve the highest patient satisfactionProvides appropriate documentation and communication to physicians for all patientsAssists patients with scheduling appointments and questions via return phone calls, email, or face to face communicationPromotes efficient and cooperative working relationships with PTs and clinic support teamsCommunicates with VSI managers regarding changes, concerns, or requests regarding patientsResponsible for educating and developing the clinical skills of other staff PTs or studentsAssists with clinical affiliations with physical therapy graduate programsTracks required continuing education courses and staff in-servicesAssists with dispersal of internal and external marketing materials and marketing campaigns to include: handouts, brochures, website content, mailing materials, social media postings, online advertisements, and interactions with referral sourcesPromotes VSI Physical Therapy programs and services: Yoga, Pilates, Aquatics, Nutrition, Post-Partum, Personal Training and Massage Program
