Role Description This is a full-time, on-site exterior cladding Foreman role based in Seattle, WA. The Foreman will coordinate and supervise work crews to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet high-quality standards. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing heavy equipment usage, and meeting project deadlines while maintaining compliance with safety and company protocols. The Foreman will also provide guidance, train team members, and facilitate effective communication between team members and management. Qualifications Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership and managing work crews on-siteExperience operating and managing heavy equipment relevant to construction and building projectsProficiency in carpentry and general maintenance tasksExcellent communication skills for efficient team coordination and reportingFamiliarity with construction safety protocols and best practicesAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsProven problem-solving skills and adaptabilityPrevious experience in a similar role in the construction or insulation industry is preferred
