US-Accounts Receivable Processor ILocationMoon Township, PAOnsite FlexibilityOnsiteContract DetailsPosition Type: ContractPay Rate: $19.00–$20.00 / Hour (USD)Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.Job SummaryAssist in managing the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations, to ensure timely and accurate recording of revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and send out invoices to customers promptly.Follow up on outstanding payments and collections.Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.Maintain up-to-date customer records and communication regarding payment status.Prepare and distribute monthly aging reports to management.Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.Required SkillsProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred SkillsExperience with accounts receivable software (e.g., Oracle, SAP).Knowledge of billing and collection procedures.Familiarity with credit and collections regulations.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Some college coursework in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.Required Experience1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles.BenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the ClientAn intelligent power management company focused on sustainability and improving the quality of life.
