Role Description We are seeking a full-time Field Service Technician for an on-site role based in DeLand, FL. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of diagnostic equipment at customer sites. This role involves diagnosing equipment malfunctions, performing system installations, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service and professional communication. Additional duties may include maintaining service documentation and adhering to company protocols and safety standards. Qualifications Technical skills in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical or electronic systemsExperience with system installations, preventative maintenance, and calibration of technical equipmentKnowledge of laboratory instrumentation, in vitro diagnostic systems, or related healthcare technologyStrong customer service abilities, communication skills, and technical support experienceProficiency in maintaining service documentation and following company proceduresAbility to work independently and manage schedules effectivelyAssociate degree or higher in electronics, engineering, or related technical field preferredValid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally or regionally as needed
