Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sarasota, FL for a Retail Sales Lead at Fabletics. The Sales Lead will support retail operations by assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional service. Daily tasks include supervising team members, maintaining product knowledge, achieving sales targets, overseeing product merchandising, and fostering a positive shopping environment for customers and staff alike. Qualifications Proven expertise in Retail Sales and a solid understanding of Product Knowledge to effectively guide customer purchases.Exceptional Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to create a positive shopping experience.Strong Communication skills to engage with team members and customers effectively.Leadership abilities and experience in team supervision would be advantageous.Proficiency in problem-solving and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm, passion for the brand, and willingness to learn are key.Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
