Headline: Founding Chief of Staff (Stealth / 0-1) — High Impact with EquityThe Reality:We are in ultra-stealth, building a high-value potential venture. We are currently pre-funding with a high-conviction roadmap to a capital raise within 2 to 6 months. This is a "Day Zero" role for someone who wants to be part of the core team that builds the foundation.The Role:This isn't a strategy-only role. You are the Operational Architecture and Support Infrastructure. You will be the Founder's right hand, ensuring the business moves at terminal velocity.Executive Operations: Coordinating high-level briefings with C-suite partners, investors and clients.Logistics & Infrastructure: Managing executive and core team travel, take on admin/finance roles and projects, and establishing core team salary/payroll systems.Hiring & Growth: Supporting the recruitment pipeline for our first wave of engineers and ops staff.Execution: Handling the essential admin and "un-glamorous" functions that keep a 0-1 startup alive.The Professional Commitment (Compensation): We are looking for a true partner in execution. Because we are pre-funding, the compensation structure is as follows:Phase 1 (Immediate): $0 Cash / Founding Member Equity (0.5% – 1.0% range).Phase 2 (Funding Milestone): Upon a successful capital raise of $250k–$500k, you will transition to an elevated full-time salary ($140k-$160k range).The Reward: A guaranteed Founding Member Bonus (cash) paid out immediately upon the closing of our first funding milestone.Who You Are:You aren't looking for a "job"; you’re looking for a career-defining win.
