Talent Acquisition Administrative Intern

Compensation: $17/hourThe primary focus of the Talent Acquisition Administrative Intern is to provide administrative and back-end support to our Internal Recruiting and Campus Recruiting Teams while learning the fundamentals of Talent Acquisition, ALKU's hiring process, and vendor management. This internship will offer hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations of a Talent Acquisition team that supports a fast-growing sales organization.Duties/Responsibilities:Provide administrative and backend support to the Talent Acquisition Team throughout the hiring lifecycleAssist with job postings across multiple platforms and ensure postings are accurate and up to dateSupport candidate coordination, including interview scheduling and follow-up communicationMaintain and organize candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Support recruiting projects, process improvements, and team initiatives as neededWork alongside the Talent Leadership Team to improve and sustain efficiency in recruitment practicesEnsure all processes and documents are consistent for Talent teams and ensure they align with each team's needsRequired Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesEnthusiastic about promoting career opportunities to fellow studentsOn-Site Requirements:In the office 3 days/weekPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerEducation and Experience:Pursuing a bachelor's degree
