Sales Support Analyst
Sales Support AnalystWe are seeking a Sales Support Analyst to join our sales team with a focus on the Natural Gas and Retail Energy market. This role supports direct and indirect sales activities across most deregulated markets. The position involves conducting complex operational analyses and contributing to projects that inform business decisions. The successful candidate will be based in Houston, Texas.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the sales team by processing commercial agreements and managing custom pricing requests.Act as a liaison between the internal sales team, channel partners, and customers.Analyze inbound requests for proposals, manage account setup, and gather usage data.Handle changes to proposals and pricing refreshes to facilitate the bidding process.Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met accurately and on time.Engage in process design and modification for continuous business improvement.Collaborate with various internal departments to understand end-to-end processes.Provide regular communication to leadership on deliverables and status updates.Conduct operational and financial analyses to support business unit decision-making.Utilize tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL to develop reports and dashboards for tracking business performance.Required QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.Compensation & BenefitsThe pay rate for this position is between $30.00 and $38.00 per hour.We are an equal opportunity employer.
