Production positions available: CNC Mills & Lathes, Robotic Weld, Laser, Press Brake, Paint Lines, Abrade, and Assembly B&W is looking for hard-working individuals to work in various production areas of our facility. To be successful in these roles, you should be able to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality and/or safety. Our process begins with raw materials – from there we cut, form, bend, weld, abrade, paint, and box our products. Responsibilities (Vary by Department): Following work instructions for specific operations. Following production guidelines and specifications. Operating and maintaining machinery and production equipment. Assembling and packaging products for shipment. Visually inspecting parts for quality standards Working on the production line and meeting production targets. Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty. Performing other tasks as assigned. Production Requirements: Must be able to meet attendance expectations. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards. Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility is beneficial but not required. Experience operating manufacturing machinery is beneficial but not required. Able to work as part of a team or work independently (depending on area) Able to read and follow work instructions, use basic math skills and use measuring tools to ensure products stay within tolerance. Production positions are physical in nature. Must have the physical endurance and fortitude to complete each task within the position, have the ability to stand for entire shift and work in a non-climate-controlled environment. Temperatures may vary in accordance with weather conditions and may be extreme at times. Shifts Available: Day Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm Monday-Friday Evening Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm Monday-Friday Night Shift: 11:00pm – 7:30am Sunday-Thursday 1st Shift: 5:00am – 3:30pm Monday-Thursday (Paint Lines Only) 2nd Shift: 3:30pm – 2:00am Monday-Thursday (Paint Lines Only) We are currently accepting applications for all shifts, with a particular need for applicants available to work Evening or Night shifts. $1.50 shift differential for 2nd, Evening, or Night Shift added to hourly rate.
