Overview In this role you will lead mid-size feature development within Citi’s Digital Software Engineering team, shaping robust Java-based applications. You’ll drive architectural decisions, mentor peers, and collaborate across functions to deliver scalable software aligned with regulatory and business objectives. You’ll tackle complex performance and design challenges, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
