A company is looking for a NGL K12 Multilingual Learner Customer Success Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Content Specialist team to develop strategies for increasing market share in K12 schools
Create and deliver training materials to ensure customer success and support the Secondary Customer Success team
Participate in customer meetings to identify needs and help close new business while retaining existing accounts
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three-to-five years of relevant experience, preferably in publishing or educational fields
Proven major account sales ability with a strong record of achieving significant sales growth
Evidence of strong customer orientation and ability to build effective customer relationships
Experience working independently and collaboratively in teams
Knowledge of commonly used desktop tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
