Sales Ops Analyst
DescriptionQuote and RMA creation in SAP, review and update sales order configurations.Review and retire gating items ("holds") prior to sales order shipments.Working with cross functional teams, finance, sales, and engineering.Creating quotes, SAP, heavy Excel reporting. Follow through and see to completion on all action items.All internal in forecasting received from outside sales.RequirementsProven work experience in a Sales Operations or similar roleStrong understanding of the sales process to support the sales teamAnalytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales processExperience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reportingRelevant training and/or certifications in Sales Operations preferredBusiness acumenOrganizational skillsPipeline managementPrefer SAP or similar CRM experience (Oracle is accepted) Excel Expertise Required (Pivot Tables, Formulas) Must be self-sufficient 2 years minimum requirement 2-3 years preferred in Tech Co. adjacent sales ops/ order management.
