Debug Technician

Effex Management Solutions is seeking motivated *Debug Technicians* to support a leading manufacturing client in Houston, TX. This is a great opportunity to grow your technical skills while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment. *Shift Details for Debug Technicians:* * *Monday – Saturday* * *1st Shift:* 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (*$18.00/hour*) * *2nd Shift:* 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (*$19.00/hour*) * *10–12 hour shifts (overtime opportunities available)* *Qualifications:* * Experience building and repairing PCs required * A+ Certification preferred (not required, but highly beneficial) * Manufacturing or production experience preferred * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills *Key Responsibilities:* * Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues in PCs and electronic systems * Repair and replace defective components * Perform testing and quality checks to ensure proper functionality * Work efficiently within a production/manufacturing environment *Work Environment & Dress Code Requirements:* This is a *production floor environment*, to maintain a safe and professional production environment, all employees are expected to adhere to the following dress code: * Pants or jeans only (no rips or tears) * No gym clothes, shorts, or sweatpants * Closed-toe shoes required (tennis shoes only – *no steel toe boots*) * No strapless or spaghetti strap shirts * No jewelry allowed * Hair must be tied back in a *bun* *Benefits of Working with Effex:* * Long-Term Employment * Full-Time Hours * Weekly Pay * Overtime Opportunities * Health Benefits Available *Why Effex?* At Effex Management Solutions, we do more than place candidates — we partner with you to build a long-term career.
