Position : - Software Developer (.NET / Java / Python) - AnyLocation: Charlotte, NC - HybridExperience: 8+ YearsW2 ContractIn-person Interview Mandatory - Final RoundJob OverviewWe are seeking experienced Full Stack Developers with strong backend expertise in .NET / Java / Python and frontend development using React.js. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications in a fast-paced financial services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React and backend technologies (.NET / Java / Python).Build responsive and high-performance UI components using React.js.Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, QA, and DevOps.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives).Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.Required SkillsStrong experience in one or more backend technologies:.NET Core / C#ORJava (Spring Boot, Microservices)ORPython (Django / Flask)Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)Experience with REST APIs, Microservices architectureStrong understanding of SQL / NoSQL databasesExperience working in financial domain (preferred)Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
