Responsibilities Execute precise product placement and retrieval using reach truck equipment to maximize vertical storage space. Streamline inbound and outbound logistics by efficiently loading and unloading freight from transport vehicles. Drive site productivity by maintaining meticulous inventory counts and verifying stock accuracy. Uphold a culture of safety by performing rigorous pre-shift equipment checks and adhering to all industrial hazard protocols. Collaborate with warehouse personnel to achieve daily throughput targets and fulfillment deadlines. Proactively communicate equipment performance issues to ensure minimal downtime and continuous workflow. Qualifications Required Skills Demonstrated proficiency in operating reach trucks or comparable high-lift material handling machinery. Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced distribution environment. Strong commitment to workplace safety standards and operational compliance. Physical capability to handle manual tasks and maintain focus during extended shifts. Preferred Skills Current forklift or reach truck operator certification.
