WE ARE NOW HIRING FOR SPRING & SUMMER 2026! College students are encouraged to apply! Code Ninjas is offering in-person, year-round after-school programming and exciting Spring and Summer camps. We are currently looking for Roblox Instructors, Minecraft Counselors, and General STEM lovers. What Qualities Are We Looking For? Passion: Upbeat energy, loves video games. Professionalism: Punctuality, reliability. Mentorship: Growth mindset, empathy. (Note on past hires: We've successfully hired college/high school students, pro gamers, and babysitters!) Duties & Responsibilities Manage the Schedule: Guide Ninjas through their daily camp activities, with typical shifts running from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Energize, Lead, & Supervise: Bring high energy to the Dojo to supervise groups of 6–15 campers, maintaining a close 3–7 student-to-counselor mentorship ratio. Provide 1-on-1 Support: Actively navigate the room to help students troubleshoot their builds, overcome frustration, and learn at their own pace. Technical Prep: Ensure the Dojo is ready for the day by updating necessary software (Roblox, Minecraft Java, MCreator) and making sure all devices are charged and functioning. Prioritize Online Safety & Fun: Implement strict web safety protocols to protect campers from unsafe or unsupervised content, all while ensuring they are having a blast. Maintain the Dojo: Help keep the classrooms, workspaces, and equipment clean, organized, and sanitized. Engage with Parents: Communicate effectively with parents during daily pickup to share their camper's breakthroughs, progress, and goals. Technical Requirements Roblox Mastery: Familiar with Luau/LUA. Minecraft Knowledge: MCreator/Blockbench. Childcare (1 yr): Babysitting/teaching success. Certifications: First Aid / CPR (Preferred). Availability & Applying Camp Seasons: Mon–Fri, 8:00 am–3:30 pm shifts available. School Year: Part-time, 10–20 hours/week. Pay: $15.00 per hour.
