This position plays a vital role in daily warehouse operations, helping ensure accurate shipments, organized inventory, and efficient workflow.ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload trucks, transfers, and incoming shipmentsPull, pack, and prepare customer orders accuratelyVerify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracyUse inventory systems and reports to maintain inventory controlMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentFollow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocolsReport inventory discrepancies or shipment issues to managementParticipate in team meetings and ongoing trainingQualificationsAbility to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbsStrong work ethic and reliable attendanceAbility to work independently and stay organizedGood communication and teamwork skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse environmentPreferred QualificationsPrevious warehouse, shipping/receiving, or general labor experienceExperience operating warehouse equipmentBasic math and counting skills for inventory and order pickingPhysical RequirementsStanding and walking for extended periodsFrequent lifting, bending, reaching, and moving materialsAbility to work in a physically active environmentBenefitsCompetitive pay: $18–$22/hour DOEHealth and dental insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and sick timeOpportunities for career growth and advancementIf you’re dependable, hardworking, and looking to join a company with long-term stability and growth potential, we encourage you to apply today!
