Junior Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:Conduct high-volume outreach (120–200 calls per day) to prior customers seeking additional capitalCommunicate via phone, email, and text to assist past clients with new financing applicationsIdentify client needs and align them with appropriate product offeringsRe-engage previous customers to understand their experience and generate repeat businessMaintain accurate and up-to-date lead statuses within the CRM systemDemonstrate resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving and task completionCollaborate with Senior Sales Representatives by transferring qualified prospects for closingRequirements:1–3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotasStrong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with business ownersExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHighly process-oriented with strong organizational skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits:Paid Training - typically 1 week in length from 9:00am-6:00pm Mon-Fri (EST)Status - Full Time 40 hours, Benefit eligible 1st of month after 60 days
