Responsibilities include managing client insurance accounts and updating information, assisting clients with policy changes and renewals, providing information on insurance products and services, and processing insurance claims and following up with clients. Qualifications include strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent customer service and communication skills, previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred, and bilingual Spanish preferred.
