Sales Associate (Pipeline & Outbound) – Fashion AI (Remote, US)
NewArc helps fashion brands cut weeks from design workflows and produce on-brand images and videos at scale using AI. We have strong inbound interest and founder-led demos. We’re hiring a Sales Associate to keep deals moving and build targeted outbound.This is a full-time contract role (40 hours/week) with a consultancy agreement.You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with product and leadership on improving the sales process.You willQualify inbound, schedule and prep founder demos, send recaps, maintain Mutual Action Plans, and drive next steps.Fully own follow-ups, next steps, and pipeline management. No opportunity should ever float without a defined next step.Draft quotes and POC SOWs from templates; coordinate legal/security and procurement.Run outbound using proven templates and ICP filters (we provide messaging frameworks and Apollo setup). Your job is execution, personalization, and consistency.Be responsible for CRM accuracy: every deal must have the correct stage, amount, close date, contacts, MEDDIC structure, and next steps.Keep CRM immaculate; own weekly pipeline reviews and forecast hygiene.You bring1–4 years in SDR/BDR, sales coordination, or junior AE in B2B SaaS/creative tech.Excellent written and spoken English; crisp follow-ups; comfortable working US time zones.You are extremely structured and detail-oriented. You double-check everything, keep notes on everything, and don’t let details fall through the cracks.Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC preferred).Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.): tasks, deals, notes, stages. Plus experience with outbound tools (Apollo, Sales Navigator, Clay, etc.).Organized, proactive, and good with templates/process.CompensationBase $3k/mo + variable (qualified opps + paid POCs + 2–4% of ARR on closed deals you coordinate). OTE $50–90k.
