User Provisioning Specialist (Oracle EBS Front End)

Four Squared Solutions is seeking a User Provisioning Specialist (Oracle EBS Front End) for an opportunity in Miami, FLPosition Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented User Provisioning Specialist with expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to manage and streamline user access and permissions. This role will focus on the front-end aspects of user provisioning, ensuring that users have the appropriate access levels to perform their tasks effectively while adhering to security and compliance protocols.Key Responsibilities:User Access Management:Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts in Oracle EBS based on business requirements.Ensure timely and accurate provisioning of user access to various modules within EBS.Role Assignment:Define and manage user roles and responsibilities in alignment with organizational policies.Collaborate with department heads to ensure appropriate role assignments based on job functions.User Support and Training:Provide front-line support to users regarding access issues and user account inquiries.Conduct training sessions for new users on access procedures and EBS functionality.Compliance and Security:Monitor and enforce compliance with security policies related to user access.Conduct regular audits of user accounts and roles to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed documentation of user provisioning processes, role definitions, and access control measures.Generate reports on user access levels, compliance audits, and provisioning activities.Collaboration:Work closely with IT, HR, and departmental managers to understand user needs and facilitate access provisioning.Participate in cross-functional teams to improve user access processes and enhance overall user experience.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience in user provisioning and access management within Oracle EBS.Strong understanding of Oracle EBS modules and their access requirements.Familiarity with security and compliance standards relevant to user access.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with users at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills:Oracle EBS certifications.Experience with user provisioning tools or identity management solutions.Knowledge of best practices in user access governance.About Four Squared Solutions, LLCHeadquartered in Florida, Four Squared Solutions we provide clients with quality staffing solutions.
