This role requires a bilingual professional with strong business communication skills, technical consulting capabilities, and experience managing strategic partnerships and cross-functional initiatives.The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and executive leadership teams to identify growth opportunities, support digital transformation initiatives, and drive strategic partner relationships.︎ Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute partner strategies aligned with organizational goals and business growth initiativesIdentify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnership opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations and key stakeholdersNegotiate partnership agreements and manage partnership performance metricsCollaborate with internal teams on joint initiatives, co-marketing activities, and product integrationsMonitor partnership performance and provide recommendations for optimizationStay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologiesRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetingsProvide IT consulting support to internal teams and external partnersAssess customer technology environments and recommend appropriate solutionsGather technical requirements together with Sales teamsCreate customer-facing materials including presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and technical documentationSupport digital transformation initiatives including cloud adoption, integration, security, governance, and operational improvementsGuide customers on IT governance and risk management best practicesParticipate in RFP/RFI responses and proposal developmentSupport project execution and collaborate across cross-functional teamsPerform supervisory and/or advisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies︎The right candidate will possess:Strong executive presence and communication skillsAbility to manage cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with both technical and business stakeholdersStrategic thinking with strong relationship management capabilitiesAbility to present technical concepts to executive-level audiencesCustomer-oriented mindset with strong consulting and problem-solving skills︎Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fieldBilingual Japanese / English communication skills5+ years of experience in project management, partner management, business development, or related roles2+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives or supervising teamsHands-on experience assessing technology environments and creating solution proposalsExperience supporting digital transformation initiatives including cloud, integration, security, governance, and data initiativesAbility to create customer-facing presentations, demos, proposals, architectures, and statements of workExperience participating in RFP/RFI responses and technical presentationsProven experience managing strategic partnerships with measurable business outcomesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing teamsFamiliarity with BI reporting tools and project management toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to travel up to 30%Powered by JazzHR
