We offer variety of customized solutions that are tailored to each of our client’s unique needs.Job Description This is a remote position.MasonBlue is seeking experienced, self-driven Business Development professionals to expand our cybersecurity, identity governance, managed services (MSP), product portfolio, and IT services footprint across SMB and mid-market clients.This is a performance-driven, commission-based opportunity designed for individuals who want flexibility, ownership, and strong earning potential by helping organizations improve their cybersecurity posture.You will work closely with leadership to identify opportunities, engage clients, and drive revenue growth across multiple service offerings.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities across SMB and mid-market organizationsConduct outreach via LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct engagementInitiate and manage client conversations, including discovery and qualificationCollaborate with internal teams to shape solutions and proposalsDevelop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and referral sourcesBuild strategic partnerships with consultants, IT providers, and local businessesSupport deal progression from initial contact through closureRequirements Ideal Candidate ProfileProven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisitionBackground in cybersecurity, IT services, consulting, or related fields (preferred)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsExisting professional network (highly preferred)Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindsetComfortable working in a commission-based modelNice to HaveExperience selling cybersecurity, MSP, or compliance servicesConnections in healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, or SMB sectorsFamiliarity with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools (Zoho experience is a plus)Application Process Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with a brief summary of their experience and areas of interest.Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an initial discussion to explore alignment and potential collaboration.Compensation Structure This is a performance-driven, commission-based opportunity intended for professionals who are comfortable with variable, results-based earnings.
