Civil/Site Project Manager - Professional Engineer (PE)

Atlantic Design Engineers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil/Site Project Manager to join our team in Sagamore, Massachusetts. This is a full-time, in-office position offering the opportunity to lead complex and rewarding land development projects in a collaborative, well-established engineering firm.The ideal candidate holds a Professional Engineer (PE) license and brings 5 or more years of civil site design and project management experience. Our in-house team includes civil engineers, land surveyors, renewable energy specialists, and support staff.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage civil/site development projects from concept through construction completionPrepare and oversee site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility designPerform stormwater calculations and technical engineering analysesPrepare engineering plans, construction documents, and technical reportsCoordinate and submit local and state permit applicationsRepresent projects at public hearings and permitting board meetingsCoordinate with clients, architects, land surveyors, contractors, and regulatory agenciesProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staffProfessional Engineer (PE) license - Massachusetts preferred; or demonstrated ability to obtain licensure.
