Informatica PowerCenter Developer
*Job Title:* Hybrid Informatica PowerCenter Developer / Senior Data Engineer
*Client:* Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC)
*Location:* Austin, TX (3 Days Onsite: Monday, Wednesday & Friday)
*Duration:* 12+ Months with Possible Extension
*Required Qualifications*
* 8+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Systems Analyst designing, developing, and supporting enterprise data integration solutions.
* 8+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter development, including:
* Mappings
* Sessions
* Workflows
* Reusable Transformations
* 8+ years of experience integrating data from multiple source systems including:
* Flat Files
* APIs
* Relational Databases
* Mainframe Extracts
* 8+ years of strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL experience.
* Experience developing:
* Stored Procedures
* Packages
* Functions
* Performance-Tuned SQL Queries
* 8+ years of Snowflake experience including:
* Data Loading
* Schema Design
* Query Optimization
* 8+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud Data Integration.
* 8+ years of experience gathering business and data requirements.
* Strong experience performing source-to-target mapping and documenting data flows.
* Experience troubleshooting:
* Data Quality Issues
* ETL Failures
* Production Incidents
* Performance Bottlenecks
* Experience with enterprise scheduling tools such as:
* Control-M
* Autosys
* Informatica Scheduler
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with SAP Business Objects Universe Design and Maintenance.
* Experience working in state government environments.
* Experience working in large enterprise IT organizations.
* Experience following formal SDLC methodologies.
* Experience with change management processes and release management.
Pay: From $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
