WE ARE HIRING A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MARKETER
Paul Davis Restoration is looking for a professional and energetic Business Development Marketer to support growth initiatives. The position will be based in our Western PA office and will be responsible for calling on both new and existing accounts, client and market research, growing the Paul Davis Brand both digitally and traditionally, event planning & attendance, database administration and other sales objectives as assigned. The ideal candidate for this position will be both creative and detail orientated, a go-getter in asking for business from potential clients & great at building business relationships.

Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 Salary
Reports to: Manager

Position Summary

To promote the services of Paul Davis
To build industry relationships
To bring in new Business/Jobs from clients
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through one-on-one visits, organized events, and cold calling
Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to provide increased sales.
Collaborate with Franchisor Director of Sales & Marketing on quarterly strategy to build brand awareness and meet revenue goals
Ensure staff uses the Paul Davis brand correctly in accordance with Brand standards
Utilize specific marketing software to upload contacts, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes
Identify and initiate contact with target customers such as insurance agents, insurance adjusters, plumbers, realtors, property managers and all commercial outlets.
Qualifications
Commercial/residential services sales experience
Willingness to travel as needed
Strong verbal and written communications
Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal
Experience working with a CRM preferred
Strong communication skills
Highly organized, driven & accountable
