We’re seeking an experienced VP of Finance to lead the financial strategy, operational performance, and fiscal integrity of a growing organization in the St. Louis area.This executive-level role is ideal for a hands-on leader who combines strong financial expertise with operational insight and a passion for supporting mission-driven healthcare or senior living environments.What You’ll Do🔹 Direct all financial operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance activities 🔹 Lead financial planning and analysis to improve profitability and operational performance 🔹 Oversee cash flow management, revenue cycle performance, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls 🔹 Partner closely with executive leadership to drive strategic growth and achieve revenue goals 🔹 Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership, board members, lenders, and external partners 🔹 Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team focused on accountability and collaboration 🔹 Ensure financial systems, reporting tools, and processes support organizational efficiency and scalabilityWhat We’re Looking For✔ 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance and accounting ✔ Prior experience in Healthcare, Senior Living, Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, or related healthcare services required ✔ Proven success overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and compliance ✔ Strong understanding of revenue cycle management and operational finance ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required ✔ CPA preferred ✔ Advanced proficiency with financial systems, accounting platforms, and BI/reporting tools ✔ Exceptional communication and executive presentation skillsWhy Join Us?This is an opportunity to play a critical leadership role in an organization dedicated to operational excellence and quality care.
