Your ideas will shape how we operate and grow.You’ll enjoy the flexibility and personal connection that only a small company can offer.Every day is different, and your work will have a direct impact on the success of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the President with daily administrative and managerial tasks.Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable; maintain general ledger accounts.Prepare tax filings and required governmental reports.Process bi‑monthly payroll and generate payroll reports.Produce financial reports, including cash‑flow tracking and budgeting.Perform HR duties: maintain personnel files, assist with hiring, and support onboarding.Maintain and update the Company Policy Manual.Administer employee benefits (PTO, retirement plans, insurance).Order and track office supplies and equipment inventory.Maintain service records for company vehicles; assist with facility management.Provide general office, managerial, and customer service support as needed.Coordinate communication with external partners, including the company’s attorney, CPA, insurance agent, and financial advisor.QualificationsAssociate degree in Accounting or equivalent business/accounting experience.Minimum 2 years of office experience with bookkeeping responsibilities.Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and A/P and A/R processes.Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office.Demonstrated ability to accurately calculate, post, and manage financial records.High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to confidentiality.Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.BenefitsFlexible schedulePaid time offEmployee discountEmployee assistance programProfessional development assistanceRetirement planLong Term Disability Insurance Email Resume to twhite@image-360.com
