Well, we are excited to meet YOU!We are seeking an experienced and independently licensed (LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LMHC-D) clinician with supervisory experience to join our growing New York team as a Supervising Clinician!The Supervising Clinician will provide clinical supervision to our Behavior Support Specialists. Our Behavior Support Specialists provide psychoeducation and rehabilitative support in a client's home for the purpose of treating youth's behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths! The Supervising Clinician will be responsible for the management of the direct care staff along with the content and implementation of in-home treatment plans. LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LMHC-DMinimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, adolescents, and families in a home or community settingProficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentalsExperience in quality management preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with computers, including Microsoft OfficeValid driver's licenseBilingual English / Spanish preferredApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
