Apply online and kickstart your career today!Pay, Schedule, and Location$18/hourExcellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and visionLocated in Wheeling, ILDuties and ResponsibilitiesOperate complex machinery according to SOPs and production standardsSet up and adjust machines for various production tasksOversee setups on basic machinery and production linesMonitor production processes and perform quality checksPerform minor repairs and preventive maintenanceDocument production metrics and report discrepanciesTrain and mentor entry-level machine operatorsEnsure compliance with all safety and operational standardsPerform other duties as assignedRequirements and QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required3+ years of manufacturing or production experience preferredProficient in operating production machinery with strong mechanical aptitudeAbility to troubleshoot problems and read technical documents and schematicsStrong communication, teamwork, and leadership skillsBasic computer skills, including experience with ERP systemsFluent in English and the primary language used at the work locationMachine Operation or related certification preferredAbility to lift and move materials up to 50 poundsAbility to stand and/or walk for extended 8-12 hour shiftsAbility to frequently push, pull, bend, kneel, twist, crawl, and reachAbility to operate motorized vehicles throughout the work shiftComfortable working in environments where hearing protection may be required---(Salary range based on experience)---ABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNELDo you need your next job fast?
