The Tax Manager will oversee tax planning, compliance, and preparation for individual and corporate clients. Responsibilities include developing and implementing tax strategies, staying updated on tax laws, preparing and reviewing complex tax returns, and providing consultation to clients regarding compliance and financial objectives. The role also involves mentoring and training team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.QualificationsProficiency in Tax Planning and developing effective strategies for individuals and businesses.Extensive experience with Tax Compliance and up-to-date knowledge of tax laws.Expertise in Tax Preparation for a variety of entities, including individuals, corporations, and partnerships.Strong understanding of Tax Law to ensure adherence and provide educated guidance to clients.Active CPA certification and proven experience in a leadership or tax manager capacity.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.
