Data Center MODS Technical Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Data Center MODS Technical Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.Location: Santa Clara, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $200,000 – $379,500 annuallyResponsibilities Lead technical program management for Data Center Diagnostics software with CSPs and OEMs Drive alignment on program requirements, scope, and schedules across teams Define and track performance indicators for data center diagnostics Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies for timely issue resolution Ensure deliverables are prioritized and meet schedule deadlines Champion process improvements across Engineering and TPM teams Act as primary contact for customer diagnostic deployment issuesQualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience 12+ years of program management experience with systems software and hardware Strong relationship-building skills across teams and time zones Experience managing technical programs and coordinating releases Outstanding communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits Eligibility for equity options Access to comprehensive health benefits Opportunities for professional development Flexible work environment Supportive company culture focused on innovationOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
