The area features outdoor recreational opportunities including Philpott Lake, the Smith River, and trail systems such as the Dick & Willie Passage Rail Trail for hiking and biking activities.About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians will provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care working four 10-hour days Monday through Thursday managing 60% hematology and 40% oncology patients. Clinical responsibilities include managing 1:2 call coverage with approximately 2-3 calls per week from emergency room or hospitalist physicians for patient care guidance. Call responsibilities can be managed remotely with no expectation to return to the hospital.
