Our client is offering $20-$21 per hour along with great benefits.Essential Job Functions for Maintenance Technician:Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing locks and working with vendorsCompletes all repairs and work orders as necessary in residential homesProficiency in electrical and plumbing repairs and troubleshootingCompletes and logs all assigned work orders in a timely fashionDrives to individual residential homes to rectify all maintenance issuesProvides excellent service to residentsKnowledge Skills and Abilities for Maintenance Technician:High school diploma or equivalent1 year of residential maintenance experience preferredGeneral knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and serviceAbility to lift up to 60 pounds and climb laddersValid Driver s License and vehicleAbility to communicate effectively both in writing and verballyWe believe in delivering the highest level of service to our clients and associates every day.
