May be asked to cover overnight shifts as needed.Rate: $21.00/hrPosition OverviewThe Senior Counselor coaches staff in the delivery of services to adults with behavioral health challenges. Working under the direction of a Site Supervisor, the Senior Counselor will work to ensure that services are being provided at the standard set by Agency leadership. The Sr. Counselor will serve as the supervisor in the absence of the Site Supervisor. Residential Counselors work, in a residential setting, as part of an interdisciplinary team providing restorative services. Our mission is to help our individuals live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives. Residence counselors provide assistance with living skills development, health maintenance and medication supervision, personal care, and overall community integration.
