As a Customer Service Representative with a focus on Mobile Repair, you will use your communication and problem-solving skills to nurture and maintain relationships with customers who use our mobile services. During your shift, you'll find yourself in the office navigating phone and computer systems, resolving questions, and maintaining customer accounts.
