Employee has attended departmental orientation (training).Implements age specific training. Collaborates with the healthcare team (RN, LPN, NA, Physician and ancillary disciplines) in the assessment of the patient/family. Performs a head-to-toe assessment on all patients and reassessments as per policy.This includes:pediatric, geriatric and the patient population.
