Company DescriptionSelf motivated, passionate about all things AV and low voltage. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson, located in the Charlotte Metro area. The Salesperson will be responsible for building client relationships, generating new leads, providing product demonstrations, and driving sales revenue. Daily tasks include understanding client requirements, providing tailored recommendations, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets. The role involves representing the company professionally and ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages of the sales process.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationshipsProven skills in sales, negotiation, and effective closing strategiesUnderstanding of audio/video technologies or experience in the home theater or automation industry is a plus.Ability to work on-site and manage time effectively between multiple tasksAdaptability and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectivelyExperience with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar technology toolsHigh school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in a related field is an advantagePassionate about customer experience and providing exceptional service
