Job Title: RecruiterDuration: 5+ MonthsLocation: Seattle, WA (Hybrid - 3x/week onsite)Rate: $48/hr on w2Basic Requirements:5-8+ years of Recruiting experience, experience with Internal Recruiting and/or experience with Sales Recruiting a plusProven track record of excellent client engagementExperience building relationships across various internal stakeholders in a matrixed environmentExperience partnering and influencing senior level Hiring Managers and ExecutivesUnderstanding of ATS tools and technologies, experience with Workday a plusAbility to deliver on tight deadlines and executive in a fast-paced and high volume environment - Strong written and verbal communication skillsExperience will be evaluated based on alignment to the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
